My mission is to empower mothers by being a reliable source of good information, something that I was missing throughout my first two pregnancies. I originally developed this program to be centered on exercise while pregnant and postpartum, but as I started creating it, I realized I wanted it to be so much more. I felt like there were so many things no one told me about pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood in general, so I just kept adding more and more information to the course. What you get from this course is everything I have learned through 3 pregnancies, years of motherhood, and countless hours of learning, researching, and studying. My hope is to be able to prevent women from saying “why didn’t anyone tell me about this?!”
Prenatal Courses
This course includes lessons about breathing, mindset, diastasis rectus abdominis, the pelvic floor, weird symptoms, doulas, birth photography, vaginal delivery, c-section delivery, hemorrhage, and breast feeding.
Prenatal Exercise Program
Exercise should look different while pregnant. This isn't just to keep the baby safe, it's to keep your body happy as well while so much is changing. In this course you will be given 2 - 3 workouts a week to do just that.
Postpartum Courses
Wondering what is normal after giving birth? Wondering how to get your body moving to feel strong and capable again? Well, wonder no more! Here is a 6 phase plan to walk you through rehab and healing, specific to vaginal delivery and c-section delivery
Thank you for the exercise programming with modifications for my specific week of pregnancy. They really take the stress out of getting to the gym right now and gives me one less thing to worry about.

It’s a huge relief to have a reliable and qualified source of information to coach me through things I’ve been apprehensive/unsure about. And things I may not have even considered.

I can’t thank Jamie enough for her guidance. Slow and steady they say.... which is how I’m taking my life now. Which is a change that I’ve been working towards. Thank you, Jamie.
